Bilingual Spanish-English elementary education would appear to be a win-win for both first language English speakers and first language Spanish speakers according to the latest research reported in the Milwaukee Wisconsin Journal Sentinal. Maybe language-learning programmes at an elementary level within EU-member countries could learn a thing or two from the U.S. experiment.
