For anyone who has already completed, and enjoyed, Foundation Italian, the Intermediate Italian course will take your language learning to the next level. Knowledge is structured and organised so that you assimilate the language easily and don’t forget it. As with the earlier levels, the Michel Thomas Method Intermediate Italian breaks down the language into building blocks that are introduced sequentially in such a way that you create your response and move on to ever-more-complex sentences, expanding your conversational range with aspects of grammar such as tense and verb forms that are easy to master – but form the foundation of the Italian language. You will complete the course in 15-20 hours. This digital course is available to stream or download via the Michel Thomas Method Library app.

What’s included with the digital product?

• The lessons are in the form of digital audio. This can be streamed via your account from the dedicated Michel Thomas website at michelthomas.com or downloaded to the Michel Thomas Language Library App (apps available for Android and iPhones for free via the app stores).
• The key course vocabulary is provided in the subject language with English translations in an accompanying booklet. This can be downloaded to your computer via the Michel Thomas website or downloaded to the Michel Thomas Language Library.
• All Foundation and Intermediate Michel Thomas Method courses also include audio review lessons at the end of the course. These review lessons will help you determine if you have fully mastered all the course vocabulary. If you have, you’re then ready to move onto the next course; if not, don’t worry, just start the course again, or go back to the specific lessons that need attention.

How do I access the product after purchase?

• After purchase you will receive a purchase confirmation email from us with your order number.
• The order will then be validated by us in conjunction with the publisher, Hodder & Stoughton.

Michel Thomas (1914-2005) lived an extraordinary life. Born in Poland, he spent his early years in Germany and then in France, where he studied psychology at the Sorbonne in Paris. When war broke out, he fought with the Resistance and suffered imprisonment in labour camps. At the end of the war he joined the US liberation army and later settled in the US where he established his world-famous language school. Languages, being his strength and passion, became the focus of the next 50 years of his life that he spent developing a method he hoped would change the way we teach and learn - so that everyone could succeed. He developed this method 'that works with the brain'.
