An innovative and motivating French as a foreign language course for adolescents and adults. Placing French-speaking cultures and interculturality at the core of the learning process, the books in this collection use interesting, stimulating and topical documents as a basis for enhancing the four main skills.

The level 5 Student's book comprises 12 units in total, each of which are divided into two thematic dossiers. Each dossier includes: 1 double-page spread centred around discovery, 2 double-page spreads presenting introductory documents, plus a wealth of grammar, vocabulary and cultural activities (in the form of mini tasks), which will prepare students for the final task (Défi) at the end of each dossier.

The acquisition of linguistic skills is facilitated from the offset thanks to an array of authentic, interesting documents (touching upon cultural and multicultural elements, societal facts, etc.). The manual also proposes a variety of reading strategies to aid understanding of the documents and to encourage autonomous learning. Interculturality plays an essential role throughout: students are actively encouraged to react and interact whilst drawing upon their own experiences and identity.

Furthermore, each unit concludes with a page dedicated to learning and consolidating vocabulary, which includes word clouds, mind maps, collocations, etc.
